Position: Sales Representative
Location: Orillia, ON

Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at Byers Equipment Motorsports, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with their lawn equipment, outdoor power equipment, compact tractors, powersports vehicles, and trailer needs. Operational knowledge of these types of vehicles is a requirement for this role, as well as strong typing and computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• - Conduct sales activities and generate new leads to achieve sales targets
• - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• - Utilize effective sales techniques to promote products and services
• - Collaborate with sales team members to develop strategies for achieving sales goals
• - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
• - Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities

Requirements:

• - Prior sales experience in retail or similar customer-facing role
• - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• - Knowledge of sales management principles and practices is an advantage
• - Sales support experience is preferred

Compentsation: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year + Commission + Bonus (TBD based on applicant)
