YARD & OPERATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST

We are seeking a Yard & Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Orillia, On. This role is vital in maintaining our yard and ensuring smooth operations within our dealership. Your contributions will help us continue delivering a top-tier powersports & equipment customer experience aligned with our company's mission.

Responsibilities

  • - Manage and organize the outdoor yard & indoor storage areas to ensure safety and accessibility.
  • - Maintain the yard based on seasonal requirements. (ie, snow removal, lawn cutting & yard maintenance)
  • - Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles and equipment.
  • - Maintain inventory accuracy through organized storage areas & regular stock checks.
  • - Support the team with vehicle preparation and maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and detailing.
  • - Ensure the yard complies with safety regulations and company standards.
  • - Assist with uncrating & pre-assembly of vehicles & equipment. Installing basic Accessories & Attachments on vehicles & equipment.
  • - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers on-site.
  • - Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency.
     

Qualifications

  • - Previous experience in a similar yard or warehouse role is preferredbut not required.
  • - Knowledge of powersports equipment or outdoor power equipment operations.
  •  - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail & care.
  • - Forklift certification is a benefit, Forklift training will be provided.
  • - Excellent communication skills.
  • - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • - A valid driver’s license is required.
